We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of your API keys. Lobasters does not persist keys, but relays them with each model request to the provider you select.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall Lobasters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
